We never stop protecting your channels. If you approach your monthly message limit, we send alerts at 75%, 90%, and 100% usage. Once you exceed the limit, messages continue to be scanned and protected. Overage is billed at a per-message rate that matches your plan's per-message cost. You can also set hard caps to prevent overage charges, or upgrade to a higher plan at any time. Enterprise plans include unlimited messages with no overage concerns.
Yes. SpamJammer is SOC 2 Type II certified and fully GDPR compliant. We process message metadata for spam detection but do not store message content beyond the detection pipeline unless you explicitly enable content logging for audit purposes. Data is processed in the region closest to your users (US, EU, or APAC). We offer Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) for all customers and can accommodate custom data residency requirements on Enterprise plans.
