How does SpamJammer's AI detection work? +

SpamJammer uses deep neural networks trained on over 4 billion messages. Our AI analyzes message content, sender behavior, metadata patterns, and over 200 signal features in real time. The model continuously retrains on new data, adapting to emerging spam techniques within hours of detection.

What channels does SpamJammer protect? +

SpamJammer protects email inboxes, web contact forms, blog comment sections, and API endpoints. All channels are managed from a single dashboard, with channel-specific rules and unified analytics. You can add new channels at any time without additional configuration overhead.

How long does setup take? +

Most customers are up and running in under 10 minutes. For email protection, you update a single DNS record. For web forms and comments, it's a one-line JavaScript snippet. API integration is available via our REST API with SDKs for JavaScript, Python, Ruby, Go, PHP, and Java.

What about false positives? +

Our false positive rate is under 0.01%, which is the lowest in the industry. Every flagged message goes through multi-layer verification before being blocked. If a legitimate message is ever incorrectly flagged, you can whitelist the sender with one click, and the AI learns from the correction.

Is my data secure with SpamJammer? +

Security is our top priority. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We are SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant. Message content is analyzed in memory and never stored on disk. Enterprise plans include SSO, audit logs, and dedicated infrastructure options.

What happens if I exceed my message limit? +

We never stop protecting you. If you exceed your monthly message limit, protection continues uninterrupted. You'll receive a notification suggesting an upgrade, and any overage is billed at a fair per-message rate. Enterprise plans include unlimited messages with no overage concerns.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime? +

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. When you cancel, your protection remains active through the end of your current billing period. You can also pause your subscription and resume later.
