How does SpamJammer detect spam?

SpamJammer uses a multi-layered approach combining machine learning, natural language processing, behavioral analysis, and real-time reputation scoring. Our AI models are trained on billions of messages and continuously updated to catch new attack patterns as they emerge.
What channels does SpamJammer protect?

SpamJammer protects email inboxes, web contact forms, blog and forum comment sections, chat messages, and any custom channel via our REST API. All channels are managed from a single dashboard with unified rules and reporting.
How long does integration take?

Most teams are up and running in under an hour. We provide client SDKs for Node.js, Python, Go, and Ruby, plus drop-in plugins for WordPress, Shopify, and other popular platforms. Our API documentation includes working code samples for every endpoint.
Will SpamJammer block legitimate messages?

Our false positive rate is under 0.01%. SpamJammer uses confidence scoring rather than binary decisions, so borderline messages can be flagged for review rather than blocked outright. You can fine-tune sensitivity thresholds per channel and domain.
Is there a free trial?

Yes! Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start. At the end of your trial, you can choose a plan or your account will be automatically paused with no charges.
How does pricing work if I exceed my message limit?

We will never cut off your protection mid-month. If you approach your limit, we notify you and continue filtering. Overage is billed at a per-message rate that is clearly shown on your plan page, or you can upgrade to the next tier at any time with prorated billing.
Is my data secure with SpamJammer?

Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We are SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant. Message content is analyzed in memory and never stored beyond the retention period you configure. Enterprise customers can choose data residency regions.
Can I cancel or change plans at any time?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account settings at any time. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you keep full access until then.
