Areas of Expertise

The Craft, Distilled

01

AI Integration

Weaving artificial intelligence into existing systems with intention, building knowledge platforms and career tools that augment rather than replace human judgment.

02

Architecture & Leadership

Designing systems and guiding teams through the nuanced decisions that shape software at scale, from monolith decomposition to platform strategy.

03

Full-Stack Engineering

From database schemas to user interfaces, a hands-on practitioner's understanding built across four decades of evolving technology stacks.

04

Legacy Modernization

Transforming aging systems into modern, maintainable architectures. The careful, unglamorous work that keeps enterprises running while moving forward.

05

.NET to Spring Boot

Guiding organizations through the migration from Microsoft ecosystems to Java-based platforms, preserving institutional knowledge along the way.

06

Developer Advocacy

Championing the developer experience through writing, mentorship, and the belief that tools should serve the craftsperson, not the other way around.

AI doesn't replace developers. It amplifies the gap between those who understand systems deeply and those who never did.
